Originally from Zimbabwe, Oriana Fenwick lives and works in Germany. She is an illustrator with a keen eye for detail. Passionate about banal objects and forms of everyday life, she brings out, in her work, the weird and wonderful things that surround her like « creases in tissue-paper, chewed gum, or melting ice cream, and trying to make things appear more precious than they might actually seem at first glance. », she specifies. Contemporary illustrations with striking realism. To do this, the artist uses a mix of her own photos and what she finds and collects online, as a reference for her drawings.
