Lola Dupré is a collage artist and illustrator currently working between Glasgow and the Isle of Arran, Scotland. She mainly works with paper and scissors, and makes an explicit reference to the Dada movement of the early twentieth century. After performing a serie of collages about Charlie the Cat in which the artist plays with felines portraits, she comes back with a serie of collages about dogs and cats.
Her project, still ongoing, is still in progress. The artist is fascinated by animals, she admires “their honesty and beauty”, which explains the topic choice.
