Noah Kalina became famous with a project called “Everyday”, a time-lapse video showing how his face changed over a 6 years period. The New-York based photographer is still drawn to the concept of time today. With his series “Bedmounds”, the artist blurs the lines between the still life and portrait genres. While beds represent the sleep and the inanimate, the duvet sculptures bring some life to the photographs suggesting someone’s past presence.
