Vandeventer + Carlender Architects designed this floating home in the heart of Seattle. It is directly facing the Lake Union and has two terraces: one to wake up with the sunrise and another one to admire the sunset. The architects have won many international awards and are known for their architecural sense of detail where natural light has a vital place.
