Based in Amsterdam, Milena Naef comes from a family of sculptors. For this series entitled “Fleeting Parts”, the artist pay hommage to her family heritage while exploring the marble material in her own way. By mixing bodies to stone, Milena Naef highlights the physical dimension of the sculptor’s work as well the almost organic relationship to marble. A poetic work which questions interactions between space and materials.
