Since the beginning of July, the visitors of the National Building Museum of Chicago can admire this impressive structure in the Great Hall of the museum. The monumental construction name “Hive” is the work of the architects of Studio Gang Architects. Under the direction of Jeanne Gang, the artists created this immense structure in three parts made from silver and magenta paper tubes. This spectacular piece of art offers a striking contrast with the neoclassical architecture of the building.
