The Museum of Islamic Art opened on the waterfront in Doha in November 2008. The architect and photographer Jazzy Li went there almost ten years after with his camera to capture architectural jewelry. Everything has been designed to highlight the works, the rooms of the second and third floor for example, are formed in a U shape to privilege the penumbra. The other impressive act is artificial light, steel and the same limestone tiles from the outside are arranged in a specific way to create patterns on the surfaces of the interior.
