Casa 9X20 has been built in a former industrial area of Monterrey including 70 more blocks. Its name is due to the dimension of the building, entirely made of concrete blocks. Casa 9X20 counts three floors : two of them are inhabited while the third is still work in progress. The house has been designed by Mexican studio S-AR.
