In 2014, Florentino Pérez, Real Madrid’s headmaster revealed the project to a new Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid. Jointly driven by GMP, L35 and Ribas architecture studios, it promises to be more than a common sport place, including a commercial, leisure and restauration area. An hotel offering bedrooms with a view on the ground is also expected.
The Santiago Bernabéu bowl pursues to become the world’s best stadium and will be a cutting-edge technology place. 360° screens for the spectators but also an interactive exterior face to communicate with the outdoor. In fact, during the key moments, it will pulse and share them with all the city.
