Arthur Fellig (Weegee) was a New York photographer known for his murders cliches, often taken in the New York Lower East Side. Considered as an innovator and a voyeur at the same time, this intriguing and odd character is the hero of a new comic by the author Max de Radiguès and the illustrator Wauter Mannaert.
