Alice Tye is an illustrator based in London, who presents us a project centered on the west coast is the United States, particularly Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Hollywood. Having travelled for months to take hundreds of pictures, she underlined the large number of parking lots, roads, freeways, rubbish bins in cities, and it is this characteristic of concreted space, exposed permanently to the sun in the middle of palms, that prevails in her works.
