Non-Sign II is an impressive installation of Seattle-based collective Lead Pencil Studio which took place in 2010 at the borders between the US and Canada, near Vancouver. This atypical sculpture is made of stainless steel rods put side by side to put an imaginary billboard ad, without any display, playing on negative space. Whereas ad billboards catch the eye by images, words and colors, this billboard catches the eye of passer-by and drivers by its invisible aspect.
