The Elbphilarmonie Concert Hall is an architectural monument based in Hamburg and imagined by the Swiss architects Herzog & De Meuron. Dedicated to welcome classical music concerts, the building is under construction for 10 years, because of financial reasons. The opening is for January 11th 2017.
