Japanese studio Nendo, whose we already have talked about on Fubiz, imagined a tables collection named Border Table. These tables are made of thin black lines in metal and fit to corners and angles of a room. This collection explores the frontiers between space and furniture. The design of lines exploits the space as an inherent part of its structure by “parasitizing” the corners and surfaces. Theses pieces were imagined for a solo exhibition in Omotesando, Japan, during the Tokyo Designers Week 2015.
