Design studio Love & Robots and costume designer Niamh Lunny have recently experimented the use of a 3D printing for the conception of their Plumage : a spencer top, printed in 3D, that mimics the birds’ feathers. This cape can be customized thanks to its 6000 modular white pieces in polyamide, similar to birds’ plumages. This top was revealed during the Eindhoven Design Week in October.
