The Studio Ghibli co-produced a series entitled Ronja, The Robber’s Daughter, that will be watchable on Amazon Prime Video and directed by Gorō Miyazaki, the son of the founder of the famous Japanese animation studio, Hayao Miyazaki. Based on the novel Ronia the Robber’s Daughter written by Astrid Lindgren, that tells the story of Ronia, the daughter of a bandit chief. When she is enough grown-up she decided to discover the forrest, its dangers and creatures. She will lear to live there on her own.
