The trailer of the upcoming movie of Noah Baumbach, Mistress America, was just released. Lola Kirke will play this time the role of a lonely first year student at the New York University. She only makes boring encounters there, until she meets her future half sister Brooke (played by Greta Gerwig who embodied the first role of the same director’s movie Frances Ha) : a “real” New Yorker living in Times Square. Seduced by Brooke’s extravagancies, Tracy will discover finally the Manhattan she has always been dreaming about. This comedy will be in theaters on the 6th January.
