After having unveiled their single “Shut me Down” on the channel Colors and having totalled nearly 19 million views, the duo Haute, composed of Anna Majidson and Romain Hainaut, presents the video clip of their flagship track. Since 2014, Haute has been redefining the contours of pop by bringing in the codes of soul, hip-hop and more experimental influences. Although the duo experiment is now over, they have just released their first (and last) album, a retrospective collection of previously unreleased gems and hits that we’ve come to love. Directed by Colin Tilley (Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar,…), this dreamlike clip takes place in a building with geometrical shapes producing a hypnotic effect that makes us lose our bearings.
