Willem Dafoe is Vincent Van Gogh in the last Julian Schnabel movie, At Eternity’s Gate. The title is a reference to one of the peinter’s famous artworks, representing an old man grabbing is had into his hands. The movie is focused on the painter’s most chaotique and tormented years but also the most prolific, until his last days and his stay in the asylum. At Eternity’s Gate will be finally be on Netflix on February the 15th.
