The new Bonobo clip “No Reason”(from the album “Migration”) is a very intriguing mix. It is located somewhere between Alice in Wonderland and Japanese hikikomori (persons that remain closed in their room, sometimes during several years because of social pressure from the outside). In the video, the video-maker Hudson creates a link between the claustrophobic environment of the room and the psychological condition of the young boy inside, becoming bigger and bigger while room’s details slightly change.
