Phil Whitehead compiled in one video scenes of “actors playing actors acting in movies”. Actors Playing Actors Acting is based on an editorial written by journalist Nick James in the magazine Sight and Sound (January 2015). He takes Birdman as a central (and perfect) example and the play of Michael Keaton who alternates with his own actor role (brilliant) and the one of his character (a bad actor). In this supercut, we find also Robin Williams in Mrs Doubtfire, Dustin Hoffman in Tootsie, Jean Dujardin in The Artist, Laura Dern in Inland Empire, Robert Downey Jr. in Chaplin and Bill Murray in Lost in Translation.
