Inspired by the Netflix show “How to sell drugs online (fast)”, Thibault Van Damme set out to reproduce its opening credits, which reveal drugs in the process of dissolution. For this, the French producer, who manages the audiovisual production company Buddy Shot, recovered expired medicines and shot them in 4K dissolving in the water of an aquarium. He then accelerated this series of tight shots in post-production, before adding a “Stranger Things” sound background for a striking effect.
