Few months ago we presented you the The Open Window project from vente-privee. To remind you, young video makers were welcomed to propose a video project with the “Origines” subject. The ten best submissions were selected and will be shown on the digital façade of the  vente-privee building, the Vérone, located in Saint-Denis and that can be saw by more than 7 millions of people pro month. We show you the creations of the 10 winners, who chose several interpretation of the  “Origines” subject.  All the video are to watch on the dedicated website of The Open Window project.  The video maker Annina Roescheisen offers us a creation entitled La Pieta, that she would call “out-of-frame transformation”, taking place during one sequence.  

“The Open Window project gives an incredible visibility. To be able to catch a si large audience who is not certainly art lover counts a lot to my eyes because I think that art should be more accessible to everyone. “

Coline Yacoub proposes us a conceptual result, where nature are in center, entitled Halte en marchand. Mélyne Leroux Valette reveals a very light and enigmatic creation in  Abstract. She presents us a “representation of the woman evolution through three abstract and contemplative sequences”. The artist received the public prize for her creation. 

“This exhibition on the Vente Privée’s building is a beautiful occasion to show our work to an important audience, to “make the art out of galleries” as this contest wanted it, to make it accessible to everyone.” 

 The duo composed of Charles Mignon and Héloïse Philippe chose to present a project that “is an poetical and playful incantation against violence” Adieu aux armes.

“Our film is an artistic and personal movement. 

 In Furby, Jeanne Susplugas centered her reflection on the preparation of the ballet dancer, the origine of the perfection. She tells us the “physical and psychical distortions of the human being”.

“That is an innovative project and I’m curious of new experiences.”

Mao Haonan imagined a creation centered on the “sparkling stars” through geometrical illustrations in Arc en ciel secondaire.

“The Open Window project, I think as his name, open a window to me, and encourage me to continue my creation.” 

 For Au seuil des rêves Marwane Messaoudene transports us to discover the origine of our nocturnal imaginations.  emporte à la découverte de l’origine de nos imaginations nocturnes. Nathalie Joffre wanted to “recreate an “archeologic choreography” from observed movements, reproduced and amplified by collaborating with professional mime artists” for her creation entitled  Apparitions.

“I see it as an inspiration compare to video projects in a monumental size and outside .”

 For Landes, Pierre Jaffrès and Pierre Lan transport us in enigmatic and enchanted landscapes, immortalized from the sky.  In his creation entitled Disparition, Xavier Strobbe is interested by the life people if we would have not existed.
