When art goes off the beaten paths, it can be observed in any kind of place and play with reality. The British illustrator Claire Harvey applies this concept to her work as she draws miniature characters on pieces of transparent adhesive tape before sticking them on panes or walls. These works titled Postcards create the impression that the characters belong to the setting. A result that is facilitated by the technic mastery of the artist and her very realistic lining.
