Hoptimum, Hip-Hop festival in Ile-De-France, organized by ActArt, closes its 10th edition with a street art event in the former hospital of Lagny sur Marne, which will reopen as an exception and that the walls will be ornamented with frescos made by twenty artists. Works will be admired on May 16th and 17th.
