I’ve created an interactive illustration for the Welch Fishmongers’ blog (family fishmonger based in Edinburgh) showcasing the most common species caught in Scotland and available in their retail shops.
Salmon, cod, haddock, lobsters, oysters, scallops, langoustines (and many more!)… they can all be sourced in the region.
