Scaled Back House is a minimalist house located in Kanagawa, Japan, designed by ROOVICE. This 43 year old building was renovated by the architect in collaboration with the client. The home was previously renovated, sans the entrance which was used as a waiting room for editors due to the previous owner’s job as a novelist.
