Design studio Tomorrow Machine and Berlin-based INFARM collaborated to develop a never-before-seen indoor growing kit – so anyone can grow their own microgreens. The kit contains a reusable sheet of plastic which folds into a greenhouse.
Transparent agar-agar gel is used as a growing medium, and it has many benefits. You will never have to water the microgreens, their roots absorb moisture from the gel. The clear gel also allows you to observe the whole growing process.
