This ice cream is imported from Taiwan and is some kind of particular, not to say ugly, an amorphous mass of ice cream with lots of sauces and toppings falling above and the sides. We decided to make a virtue of it creating a creative strategy around this: starting a « deconstruction » of the product, and converting this formless mass into a sweet little monster with eyes.
