This is XFOOD, the first social restaurant in Apulia and the last Sara Mondaini’s work. Part of the workers are different abled boys and girls. The payoff of the restaurant is: Something different. Tables, chairs, dishes, glasses are all different from each other. But the true stars are the luminarie, the typical South Italian lighting used in all its village festival. Sara has changed the classical idea of the luminarie, giving them a pied-de-poule texture.
