This is a short documentary, directed by Jean-Paul Girbal, about a young Blacksmith, Arnaud Grafteaux, who use the Damascus technique to make knife blades, for the famous Laguiole’s knife. The film, shot during the winter, show the landscapes for the Aubrac plateau.
