Wish You Could’ve Seen This is a project initiated by photographer Maude Plante-Husaruk and composer Maxime Lacoste Lebuis. Through short videos, they communicate what they have experienced in cultures different from their own, instigating a sense of perspective on our society. In this video, the Nepalis living in high-altitude have to brave the forces of nature everyday. In such conditions, even something as simple and taken for granted as making cheese can be a great accomplishment.
