C’est un travail de fou! Je pense qu’il découpe des papiers et il les superpose.

ouahhh !!!!!
… et moi qui des fois trouve que c’est fatiguant d’envoyer un seul tracé fait sur illustrator pour la forme de découpe …

Thanks for all the wonderful comments about my work. I know some are skeptical about this all being hand cut but I promise you I cut everything by hand and then piece it together using plastic spacers and clear archival glue. very labor intensive but worth the outcome.

Ah, Tennessee, I’ve been to Nashville and Knoxville, but I seem to have missed something awesome there :)
All this looks amazing indeed. The tiny details and the smart choice of the colors give a great aspect to the whole constructions. Some look like slices of lungs… I guess that’s the organic side. But to me it also got something of French gothic art that I saw on many cathedrals here, in particular on the rose windows :

The pictures are very well taken aswell, especially the 1st and the 3rd ones.

Très séduisant, découvrir ainsi les organes, artères et tissus qui se cachent derrière une peau de papier. Voir sous les strates par leur accumulation.
L’impression de voir la chaise Osso Bucco de Ninna Olsen sortir des murs…

Trop fort ta comparaison.

L’idée est ori(gamie)ginale et plus impressionnate en creux qu’en relief.
