Alfred Date, a 109-year old man from Australia is a knitter, a sportsman, a father to 7 and grandparent to 20. He has been mastering the craft of knitting since the 1930s. The last few years, he was doing something different. He volunteered in Victoria’s Phillip Island Penguin Foundation to to make mini-sweaters for injured and endangered penguins and the result is awesome. Check it out:
