Le célèbre Studio Ghibli à l’origine de Princesse Mononoké, Le Château ambulant ou encore Mon voisin Totoro, va diffuser pour la première fois aux Etat-Unis le film Ocean Waves,, datant de 1993, restauré en 4K. Ce film suit l’histoire de deux meilleurs amis, qui vont se retrouver dans un triangle amoureux avec l’arrivée d’une nouvelle dans leur classe. Réalisé par Tomomi Mochizuki, ce film est basé sur le roman de Saeko Himuro.
