Urban Survival Kit is a minimalist design created by Italy-based designer Sottoscala Design. Urban survival kit is the starting point for an experimentation about alternative methods of conservation, reuse and cooking of food. The kit consists of two instruments: a dryer and a smoker. Eolo, the dryer, use a natural drying process through the combination of wind, warmth and silica gel.
