The images mix photomanipulation and digital drawing techniques, and are a modern version of the fake bizarre biological specimens that were often exposed in wunderkammers. The images are a falsification of reality made with digital technology, like the mythical creatures that were made by artisans and taxidermists during the 16th and the 18th century with traditional techniques.
