In 1774, Pierre Jaquet Droz, a swiss watch maker created automatas capable of writing, and made of 6000 components. 240 years later, in tribute to this mechanical genius, the Jaquet Droz Manufacture has created a pocket size device, entirely mechanical that can sign for its owner.
