British tile manufacturer Johnson Tiles helped support artist Paul Cummins’ Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red installation. The team was brought in to ensure the Tower of London’s iconic moat flowed with poppies in time for November 11, recruiting a specialist team of ceramic artists to make around 400,000 of the flowers at the factory in Stoke-on-Trent. The team was able to get a closer look at the installation in situ after being invited down to London.
