Inspired by Pixar and Ghibli and their desire to turn animation into something real, waterMelon challenged themselves to build a 3D printed Zoetrope for the 2014 KLIK animation festival.Designer and animator Klaas-Harm de Boer, wanted to create very flexible characters that show the power and freedom of animation. Leapfrog help us with printing over more the 64 models. Some of the characters were a challeng, however Leapfrog came through and made it seem effortless.
