when people get stuck discussion how warm or cold it is, drives me INSANE. It is not about the superficial measure of something, IT IS ABOUT DESTROYING ECOSYSTEMS! I am helping the nature to be clean and pure by recycling plastic and paper material. When I go to the stores, I bring my own plastic bags (the same ones) for the groceries, and I have three fabric bags when I buy a lot of things.

Je suis d’accord avec les commentateurs en anglais, il y a bcp trop de gens sur terre et bcp d’imbéciles. Même dans un pays comme la France ou tout le monde a droit à l’éducation gratuite, une quantité d’abrutis polluent le pays par leur seule présence.

I’m not a fan of personifications of animals (them being depressed and committing suicide). I think there are better ways to get things across. Apart from that, the art work was fantastic. And the spot obviously works for many people so maybe that’s just me finding it a bit cheesy…
Excellent vidéo, mais sujet très controversé ou bien des scientistes ce contredisent, Global warning is only the flavor of the week. Dans le passé il y’a eu le refroidissement de la planète, les pluies acides, la disparition de la couche d’ozone et maintenant c’est le réchauffement, quel sera la prochaine saveur à la mode. Ne serait-il pas possible que la température de la planète fluctue au même titre que la météo change.
Bien qu’ils soit vrai que nous abusons des ressources de la terre, mais il faudrait tout de même garder un peu de recul et d’objectivité face à tout ces théories apocalyptiques.

this animation is ridiculous in it’s emotional manipulation! it is amazing to me that so much work was put into this when the actual message is just a stupid sound bite that doesn’t have any validity. animals don’t (as far as I have heard) give up and kill themselves. suicide is unique to humans because, partially becuase we are perceptible to this kind of melodrama. getting people’s attention doesn’t seem to be much of an accomplishment, when you don’t have a convincing argument to present to them afterward.

Loved the animation. Fantastically done. To be honest, I was a little bit shocked when the animals began to commit suicide…. But it was a form of artistic expression, and I am open to anything when it comes to that. Obviously, not everyone is going to like this video.. But I think we all understand the main point which is the most important thing : Take care of the planet, and your children, their children, etc. Will have a happier life.

Recent research has shown that in fact contrary to prior thought, global warming may in fact be very beneficial to the environment as a whole. Yes there will be extinctions and changes, as there always have been, yet new species will arrive and others will adapt. It will be sad to see some of these changes, but nothing can remain forever.
However as has already been mentioned on this website, the severe problem of over-crowding, over-killing et cetera is exactly that- a severe problem. There is however little we can do about over population as would one be able to stop an entire world over fornicating? A question that needs no answer from me.

People need to understand that there is too much carbondioxide in our atmosphere and we have to reduce it to stop the greenhouse-effect. Some people still laugh it away so they don’t have to act apon it and that attitude needs to change all over the world ! This might do the trick…

This might sound really wrong, but that spot actually made me laugh. I know perfectly well that this reaction is absurd and that the ad was supposed to make people react, but i just can’t get over the fact that I just saw animals commit suicide… I mean what the hell? It is an image, but still, kind of awkward… I love the slogan thought! :)
The realization was awesome, the music was wisely chosen, but the subject was really not great, although the message is clear.

I have a couple of solutions to solve this global warming:
1. World War III ( better be Non-Nuclear )
2. Buy a gun and kill ourselves.
3. Teach Africans how to use a God damn condom and let them starve to death.
And if those won’t help:
World War IV would do the trick.
Face it people the global warming is caused by us, not some factories or cars. There is too much people in this planet and when there is too much people everyone want to buy a car, TV or anything else because his neighbour, friend or relative has got one. Nuclear power is the best thing that makes it much easier to suply that quantity of people with electricity. So, ofcourse war is sad and scary thing, but it’s the only way how to save this planet. Leave earth population like 10 million people and the world would be peacefull and great, believe me, that’s the only way. :)
