In the suburbs of Paris and the capitale, sit places similar to Babel, where towers are erected like pharaonic temples and hosts movie sets occasionally like The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part II (2015) or Terry Gilliam’s movie Brazil (1985). Through his series Souvenir d’un Futur, photographer Laurent Kronental immortalized the oldest occupants of this decor similar to an ocean of concrete and composed of post-war buildings built during the the thirty-year post-war boom until the 80’s.
