How do you know when you've had a good day? I mean, how do you quantify it, measure it, know for sure if you had one? Is a nice walk to the park, a parade, a movie so terrible it was hilarious, is that enough to make a good day? How about the most amazing pork sandwich ever created by human hands, and playing on playground equipment while futzing around with different cameras in the waning evening light? Or that it was almost 10pm, and there was still enough light to take photographs without a flash. Is that enough? Or how about when she laid down in the grass, and bathed in the faint purple rays of the fading sun, looked at me like that? Wow. That was a good day. The pork sandwich totally put it over the top.
