I've got dozens of photos from this shoot with Kara I'm happy with, but I get a special thrill from this one. The lady loves getting naked, this is a fact. But that fact is interpreted different ways by different folks. Obviously it's equated with sexuality, and that is perfectly valid. But, and I only really begin to understand this idea as I stare at this shot in order to describe it, there's an honesty about her nudity, an openness, a comfortability. And with a good shoot, like this was, the way she handled her nudity influenced how I shot, what I went after. I've got lots of shots of her w/o clothes, but this is the one that most signified what that meant to her. Another take on this, while futzing around with the settings, over on the BLOG.
