Looking Into the Past: Old Stone Bridge, Manassas, VA
Well, as you can see, this looks pretty close to what it did during the Civil War, if you discount the new bridge and all. This bridge was destroyed during the Battle of Bull Run (First Manassas) and rebuilt soon after. See this scene today. Original photo taken in 1923, courtesy of the Library of Congress.
