This is a recreation of Arnold Newman's 1946 portrait of composer, pianist and conductor Igor Stravinisky. Arnold Newman was a master of environmental portraiture, he's well worth looking up. Original here. I've had this shot lying around on my hard drive for ages as I was never entirely happy with it. Better on black.
