This spring internationally-acclaimed two-star chef Björn Frantzén opens four new restaurants in Sweden’s only luxury department store Nordiska Kompaniet. We asked him to interpret this spring’s fashion in his own choice of materials. One of the four garments is a dress from French fashion house Chloé, made by delicacies such as macarons, brioches, chocolats, berries, marshmallows and edible flowers.
