From the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco to the Gateway Arch in St. Louis to the Statue of Liberty in New York, Solar Impulse traveled over 3,500 miles and straight into history. It has just realized the first USA coast-to-coast crossing with a solar a solar airplane able to fly day and night using only solar energy.
