Disiz unveils today his new album, L’Amour. Ex La Peste, ex Peter Punk, Sérigne M’Baye Gueye for the civil status, the rapper is now one with the man he always wanted to be. With this new opus he describes his initiatory journey to discover the man he is today and deals with the evolution of the emotional sphere until he finds peace of mind. The album is made up of sixteen tracks that start from the worst, the break-up in its most devastating form, to go towards the best, the emotional rebirth. The most literary rapper of his generation deciphers and sublimates this multi-faceted madness of love, from love at first sight to separation, from mourning to a new encounter. In “Rencontre”, directed by Yagoo, Disiz dialogues with Damso in an almost philosophical exchange: “With this stranger we met in a bar, here played by Damso, we tell each other about our lives. We create a link, we take stock… If he doesn’t hide his melancholy despite his success, I’m happy, even if I’m going through hell.
