Addiction to Social Networks

Camille Bondaz & Maître Chat realized a video which summarizes not only our addiction to social networks, but explains the misdeeds and the benefits of a weaning. On average, that would be 1.45 hour that we spent on these networks per day, with a 30 seconds connection every ten minutes. This virtual dependence is bad for our health, and compared very exactly to the effects of cigarette.
